Estos eran: Woody Shaw en la trompeta, Joe Henderson en el saxof\u00f3n tenor, Teddy Smith en el contrabajo y Roger Humphries en la bater\u00eda. A diferencia de como sucede en el estudio, aqu\u00ed los temas se extienden y se percibe mucha amplitud en los solos. Por ejemplo, \u201cSayonara Blues\u201d se alarga a 18 minutos con la bater\u00eda de Humphries especialmente engrasada. Woody Shaw se agranda en la trompeta, Joe Henderson despliega ideas nuevas respecto a sus versiones de estudio, sobre todo en su composici\u00f3n \u00abThe Kicker\u00bb con unos solos extraordinarios, Teddy Smith al contrabajo est\u00e1 a una altura superior, y Horace Silver dirige con la mano sabia del compositor, permitiendo que todos los m\u00fasicos se luzcan a placer.<\/p>\n<p>Para quienes aman el jazz de la \u00e9poca de oro del <em>hard bop<\/em>, este \u00e1lbum es esencial.
