En 1973 grabaron junto a Ornette Coleman parte de la m\u00fasica que apareci\u00f3 posteriormente en su disco <em>Dancing In Your Head<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 2013, producido por Billy Martin (baterista de Medeski Martin &amp; Wood), se ha publicado<em> The Road To Jajouka<\/em>. En el CD colaboran en cada uno de los temas\u00a0distintos m\u00fasicos\u00a0relacionados con el jazz y la improvisaci\u00f3n. El plantel es sencillamente imbatible. Adem\u00e1s de The Master Musicians de Jajouka y su l\u00edder Bachir Attar, Ornette Coleman no pod\u00eda faltar en esta grabaci\u00f3n. Tampoco el tr\u00edo Medeski Martin &amp; Wood, el propio Billy Martin (que colabora con distintos m\u00fasicos), o Lee Ranaldo (guitarrista de Sonic Youth que hace unos a\u00f1os visit\u00f3 la zona de Jajouka). Entre el resto de m\u00fasicos est\u00e1n Marc Ribot y el bajista de Ceramic Dog, Shahzad Ismaily; John Zorn, el bajista Flea, DJ Logic, Bill Laswell, la cantante Falu, o la London Philarmonic Orchestra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el CD los m\u00fasicos reinterpretan la m\u00fasica de trance llev\u00e1ndola a su terreno. En algunas de las ocasiones grabaron con los m\u00fasicos marroqu\u00edes, mientras que en otras lo hacen remezclando grabaciones y aportando su m\u00fasica. El principal m\u00e9rito de Billy Martin (en su papel de productor) es la variedad del resultado final. La intensidad con un solo de John Zorn que se ajusta magn\u00edficamente a la m\u00fasica \u00e9tnica en \u00abDjebala Hill\u00bb, secundado por Flea, Billy Martin y la magn\u00edfica cantante Falu. Las guitarras planeadores de Lee Ranaldo en \u00abBoujeloudia Macgik\u00bb. La aproximaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica en \u00abBaraka\u00bb con DJ Logic y Mickey Hart. Medeski Martin &amp; Wood con Marc Ribot, Bachir Attar y A\u00efyb Dieng en el m\u00e1s jazz\u00edstico \u00abHand of Fatima\u00bb.
