El disco es su primer trabajo como l\u00edder y consta de ocho temas, cinco composiciones de Alan Ferber, m\u00e1s un <em>standard<\/em>, una pieza de Chris Cheek y otra de la islandesa Bjork. Aparte de las interpretaciones de los solistas, todas ellas sobresalientes, hay en <em>March Sublime<\/em>\u00a0un magn\u00edfico trabajo en cuanto a los arreglos. El estilo general del disco es ecl\u00e9ctico y sus influencias son varias. Por momentos asistimos a remembranzas de cl\u00e1sicos como la orquesta de Red Norvo o contempor\u00e1neas como la de John Hollenbeck, Darcy James Argue, o de su mentor musical Bob Brookmeyer, sin olvidar a Maria Schneider, cuya m\u00fasica se sit\u00faa entre la de Brookmeyer y la de Gil Evans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>March Sublime<\/em>\u00a0es muchas cosas a la vez. Alan Ferber ha conseguido reflejar el sonido de las grandes bandas, pero se mueve en varias influencias musicales y cada tema supone una nueva pincelada de color en su trabajo.
