Por fortuna hay quien no pierde de vista la importancia de la inmediatez en el jazz, algo que a veces la imitaci\u00f3n de las formas intenta domesticar. Juan Vinuesa es un buen ejemplo de ello con esta grabaci\u00f3n, <em>Standard Deeds<\/em>, que tienes en tus manos. Superando la tentaci\u00f3n de encasillarse en un estilo, Juan y sus compa\u00f1eros revisan un pu\u00f1ado de cl\u00e1sicos provinientes de grandes de diversas \u00e9pocas (Coleman, Gillespie, Coltrane, Ellington, Mingus, Monk e incluso de nuestro Pedro Iturralde). Esa aparente variedad queda unificada con la inmediatez que respira la m\u00fasica, con la libertad que transmiten los m\u00fasicos.
