Su primer trabajo, <em>Bissara<\/em>, que quiere decir sopa de habas en la lengua bereber, es un crisol en el que se cuecen estilos como el jazz, la m\u00fasica <em>gnawa<\/em>, <em>bereber<\/em>, el <em>afrobeat<\/em> y la m\u00fasica tradicional marroqu\u00ed. Como es de suponer los vientos, las percusiones y los cantos confluyen en unas composiciones inspiradas en las aportaciones del <em>Gnawa<\/em> de la tradici\u00f3n berebere y en el jazz. Los diez temas son interpretados desde una \u00f3ptica occidental, pero las armon\u00edas y los ritmos son t\u00edpicamente africanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Buenos arreglos, interpretaciones muy medidas y una acertada percusi\u00f3n, intercaladas con las aportaciones de los saxos, dan como resultado una m\u00fasica que, no por conocida, sigue siendo cautivadora.
