A lo largo de sus intervenciones fue abucheado sonoramente por\u00a0una parte del p\u00fablico parisi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pong\u00e1monos en situaci\u00f3n. El 17 de agosto de 1959 Miles Davis hab\u00eda publicado <em>Kind Of Blue<\/em>. En la primavera de 1960 el trompetista se embarc\u00f3 en una gira\u00a0con su quinteto\u00a0por Europa para el\u00a0que logr\u00f3 contar (a rega\u00f1adientes) con John Coltrane. En esos momentos Trane ten\u00eda ganas de volar libre. De hecho, el concierto del 9 de abril de 1960 en La Haya fue una de\u00a0las \u00faltimas veces que ambos m\u00fasicos\u00a0tocar\u00edan juntos en directo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al igual que ocurri\u00f3 en muchos momentos de esa gira (varios de cuyos conciertos se han publicado tanto como discos oficiales, como <em>bootlegs<\/em>), el saxofonista rob\u00f3 el protagonismo al trompetista. Algo que\u00a0tiene lugar a lo largo de todo el concierto de Paris, pero si hubiera que elegir un momento paradigm\u00e1tico para reflejar ese febril estado creativo, no hay m\u00e1s que escuchar la versi\u00f3n de \u00abRound About Midnight\u00bb.
