Quiz\u00e1s sea porque ten\u00eda dos cr\u00edos preciosos en edad escolar: una hija de 17 a\u00f1os, Jessica, y un hijo, Sam, de 13. Adem\u00e1s tenemos las circunstancias de su muerte: dos a\u00f1os de agotadora lucha con una dolencia que no tiene cura, y para la que la terapia (quimioterapia masiva) resulta, con frecuencia, tan devastadora como la propia enfermedad. Por \u00faltimo, se trataba de Mike. Aparte de sus singulares y prodigiosos talentos, era una de las almas m\u00e1s agradables, dulces y amables que jam\u00e1s he conocido.
