Para ello son fundamentales sus tres compa\u00f1eros, tres primeras figuras del jazz m\u00e1s interesante que se hace hoy en d\u00eda: Ingrid Laubrock (que se est\u00e1 convirtiendo -si es que todav\u00eda no lo es- en una saxofonista indispensable), Mat Maneri (que sigue reivindicando el papel de la viola en el jazz y la libre improvisaci\u00f3n), y el vers\u00e1til baterista Tomas Fujiwara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El inicio con el homenaje al protagonista de la serie titulado \u201cN\u00ba 6 The Arrival\u201d es un tema de una exquisitez que roza lo sublime. El consistente fr\u00e1gil equilibrio que consiguen mantener las improvisaciones de los cuatro m\u00fasicos sobre la tensi\u00f3n de la pieza merece un estudio en profundidad. A partir de este magn\u00edfico inicio se van sucediendo unas composiciones que sirven para mostrar distintas influencias que van desde el jazz (con un potente <em>swing<\/em> en el caso de \u201cX04\u201d o \u201cThe New Number 2\u201d; <em>free<\/em> en \u201cN\u00ba 24 Hammer into Anvil\u201d; mezcl\u00e1ndose con otras inspiraciones estil\u00edsticas en la clausura con \u201cN\u00ba 1 The Fallout\u201d; a tiempo medio en \u201cN\u00ba 48 Living in Harmony\u201d), a la libre improvisaci\u00f3n o la cl\u00e1sica contempor\u00e1nea (\u201cN\u00ba12 Schitzoid Man (Gemini)\u201d, el inicio de \u201cN\u00ba 24 Hammer into Anvil\u201d o la ya comentada \u201cN\u00ba 6 The Arrival\u201d).
