Junto a estos tres m\u00fasicos (y alg\u00fan colaborador m\u00e1s) ha grabado varios discos con distintas formaciones en el sello ECM a lo largo de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os: <em>The Land That Is Not<\/em>, <em>Maria&#8217;s Song<\/em> y <em>Starflowers<\/em>, una peque\u00f1a debilidad personal para quien escribe estas l\u00edneas, ya que supuso el hallazgo de una artista fascinante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Su nueva grabaci\u00f3n vuelve a mostrar el toque n\u00f3rdico que tan magn\u00edficamente ha sabido explotar el sello ECM. El saxofonista Trygve Seim muestra en ciertos momentos que las sonoridades <em>garbarekianas<\/em> han calado hondamente entre los m\u00fasicos n\u00f3rdicos. No obstante son pasajes moment\u00e1neos, y no es lo \u00fanico que hace que la imaginaci\u00f3n vuele a los pa\u00edses n\u00f3rdicos. La combinaci\u00f3n de la particular sonoridad del <em>kantele<\/em>, y la hipn\u00f3tica voz de Langeland, a las que se a\u00f1aden las percusiones de Markku Ounaskari (en momentos se adivina que utiliza unos enormes panderos), la no muy explotada sonoridad de la viola (un instrumento no tan brillante como el viol\u00edn, pero con much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s cuerpo y una sonoridad m\u00e1s grave que bien aprovechada permite otorgarle al instrumento un papel tan destacado como el de su hermano menor), y el saxo de Seim permiten que el oyente disfrute de una tranquila propuesta en las que se dan la mano el jazz, el folklore y las melod\u00edas de car\u00e1cter medieval.
