En japon\u00e9s <em>jinrikisha <\/em>viene a ser \u00abcarro de un hombre de fuerza\u00bb, siendo ese vocablo el que se usa para designar a los taxis de dos ruedas tirados por personas (en ingl\u00e9s <em>ricksaw<\/em>), hoy en d\u00eda a\u00fan habituales en la India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abJinrikisha\u00bb tambi\u00e9n fue el t\u00edtulo que dio Joe Henderson al quinto corte de su <em>Page One<\/em>, compartiendo surco con grandes \u00e9xitos como \u00abBlue Bossa\u00bb o \u00abRecorda Me\u00bb. De inusual estructura formal, los 36 compases de cada uno de sus <em>chorus <\/em>se dividen en cuatro secciones: una primera de 10 compases donde unos obligados r\u00edtmicos sustentan la exposici\u00f3n de la melod\u00eda, una segunda de 6 compases en <em>swing<\/em>, una reexposici\u00f3n de la primera secci\u00f3n y una \u00faltima parte en <em>swing <\/em>de 10 compases. En ning\u00fan caso se sigue la norma no escrita de concebir cada secci\u00f3n con un n\u00famero de compases m\u00faltiplo de 4.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sobre esos cimientos los tres solistas de la sesi\u00f3n (Henderson, el trompetista Kenny Dorham y el pianista McCoy Tyner) construyen sus respectivos solos, rocosamente apoyados por el contrabajista Butch Warren y el bater\u00eda Pete La Roca. Tanto el l\u00edder de la sesi\u00f3n como el trompetista dialogan con la secci\u00f3n r\u00edtmica en la primera y tercera secci\u00f3n de cada <em>chorus <\/em>(sobre el obligado r\u00edtmico), dejando m\u00e1s espacio y combinando notas largas con fraseos veloces. En las otras dos secciones, sin embargo, adaptan su discurso al <em>swing <\/em>subyacente, creando en ambos casos improvisaciones compactas y homog\u00e9neas.
