(1962-63)<\/em>, inicialmente firmado por Curtis Amy el propio Bolton. Y nada m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La escasez de su producci\u00f3n ha alimentado su car\u00e1cter de trompetista legendario de la Costa Oeste misteriosamente desaparecido.
