Sin embargo la m\u00fasica de <i>Bike Lane<\/i> se mueve por los territorios de la m\u00fasica de c\u00e1mara. Esta no tiene que resultar extra\u00f1a ni a la fagotista <b>Katie Young <\/b>ni a la violista <b>Jessica Pavone<\/b>, puesto que es m\u00e1s que probable que haya sido habitual en la pr\u00e1ctica en su periodo formativo. Tampoco a <b>Chris Speed <\/b>que\u00a0ya ha realizado m\u00e1s de una incursi\u00f3n en ese terreno. Las composiciones de <b>Leah Paul<\/b> (que no son temas con estructuras del pop, del rock o del jazz presentados como m\u00fasica cl\u00e1sica) \u00a0juegan con las texturas de los instrumentos situ\u00e1ndolos en un mismo plano horizontal, o coloc\u00e1ndolos verticalmente en paralelo; emple\u00e1ndolos tanto como voces solistas, como realizando trabajos de acompa\u00f1amiento. En esa propuesta camer\u00edstica aparecen diferentes influencias como ciertos pasajes que recuerdan a melod\u00edas tradicionales frente a otros momentos de un car\u00e1cter m\u00e1s contempor\u00e1neo, con ciertos espacios para la improvisaci\u00f3n frente a otros de referencia barroca.
