Tongariro<\/i>. El <i>leitmotiv <\/i>de esta obra es el volc\u00e1n que da nombre al parque natural de Nueva Zelanda. Las seis composiciones, todas obra de <b>Irniger<\/b>, plantean distintas estrategias en su desarrollo. La principal sensaci\u00f3n que queda por encima de las dem\u00e1s tras la escucha es la de amplitud, la del gran espacio de libertad, que no de descontrol, de que disponen los m\u00fasicos tal y como sucede a lo largo de todo el CD, pero especialmente en el tema que da t\u00edtulo al disco y en \u201cChasing Dreams of Mt. Tongariro\u201d. Otro elemento que llama la atenci\u00f3n es el magn\u00edfico trabajo de <b>Irniger <\/b>como compositor. Adem\u00e1s de la calidad de sus composiciones, que tienen un tono tranquilo y evocador de momentos agradables (especialmente \u201cMoving Movement (for Kathrin)\u201d que cierra el disco), frente de otros que no lo son tanto (\u201cDead Man\u201d), en m\u00e1s de un momento son algo parecido a peque\u00f1as suite. Finalmente hay que resaltar el trabajo de los cuatro m\u00fasicos (la pianista <b>Vera Kappeler<\/b>, el contrabajista <b>Christian Webber<\/b> y el baterista <b>Michale Stulz<\/b>), indispensable para poner negro sobre blanco la m\u00fasica de <b>Irniger<\/b>.<\/div>\n<p>\u00a9 Pachi Tapiz, 2012<\/p>\n<p>Christoph Irniger &#8211; Pilgrim: <i>Mt.
