A diferencia de su anterior CD <i>Jazz Limbo<\/i> (Leo Records), registrado en concierto, <i>Moods and Modes<\/i> est\u00e1 grabado en estudio en directo. Su repertorio est\u00e1 compuesto por nueve composiciones (cinco del pianista y cuatro del trombonista).<br \/><a name=\"more\"><\/a> <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En el disco se indica que las fechas de grabaci\u00f3n tuvieron lugar en julio de 2010, aunque dada la calidad de la m\u00fasica, sin duda las jornadas fueron m\u00e1s de una, lo que es de suponer que permiti\u00f3 que la selecci\u00f3n de composiciones y tomas finalmente publicados rayase a gran nivel. Aqu\u00ed los temas son simplemente un punto de partida, unas l\u00edneas por las que avanzar que ambos m\u00fasicos fueron desarrollando por medio de improvisaciones a distintos niveles.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>\u201cFull Stop\u201d muestra a un Wogram en solitario especialmente inspirado; \u201cFirst Thought &#8211; Best Thought\u201d comienza muy l\u00edrico y demuestra que no s\u00f3lo importa el comienzo, que en las manos de dos maestros todo es posible; \u201cDan\u00e7a Nova\u201d es abstracto al principio, incorpora elemenos de la cl\u00e1sica y poco a poco se transforma en un tema arrebatador; \u201cSpeak Up!\u201d es un tema con un car\u00e1cter misterioso, mientras que \u201cThe Song I Knew\u201d es una balada preciosa.
