Para la continuaci\u00f3n de <i>Dragon\u2019s Head<\/i> (Firehouse 12, 2008) a\u00f1ade a su tr\u00edo dos nuevos integrantes: el trompetista Jonathan Finlayson (acompa\u00f1ante habitual de Steve Coleman) y el saxofonista Jon Irabagon (miembro de Mostly Other People Do The Killing).<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Halvorson se encarga nuevamente de las diez composiciones, escritas espec\u00edficamente para este proyecto. Al igual que ocurr\u00eda en <i>Dragon\u2019s Head<\/i> en el disco se indica el orden en que cada una de ellas fue compuesta. De un modo similar en parte a la forma de proceder de Anthony Braxton, de quien Halvorson es disc\u00edpulo y acompa\u00f1ante en multitud de proyectos, esta informaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 muy interesante para ir observando su evoluci\u00f3n (o no) como compositora.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">De cualquier modo y m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de este tipo de observaciones lo m\u00e1s interesante del disco son la m\u00fasica y los m\u00fasicos. Halvorson ha logrado un pu\u00f1ado de composiciones magn\u00edficas que enganchan desde la primera escucha. En el disco reconoce la inspiraci\u00f3n de Anthony Braxton, Yusef Lateef y Tomas Fujiwara respectivamente en tres temas concretos, pero sin embargo sus composiciones suenan con una voz propia, o en todo caso esas influencias no son m\u00e1s reconocibles que en otros casos en que dicha inspiraci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 acreditada.
