Frescura e imaginaci\u00f3n a partes iguales que busca lo novedoso y la sorpresa expresionista en un viaje por diversos lugares y paisajes vistos desde el veh\u00edculo del que sirven estos dos destacados m\u00fasicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pete Oxley y Nicolas Meier algo tienen que ver con Larry Coryell y Philip Catherine y su magn\u00edfico trabajo del a\u00f1o 1977, <em>Twin House<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The colours of Time <\/em>es m\u00e1s sereno y comedido y <em>Twin House<\/em> es m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y las escalas son vertiginosas, m\u00e1s en la l\u00ednea del <em>jazz manouche<\/em>. Algo tienen que ver s\u00ed, pero para complementarse en una misma moneda en el cada d\u00fao encuentra su cara y su cruz ambas de capital importancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Son elegantes \u201cThe Key of Klimt\u201d y \u201cMeeting Dewa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a1Qu\u00e9 bella serenidad en \u201cA Piece of Peace\u201d!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a1C\u00f3mo me recuerda a Django Reinhardt \u201cWaltz for Dilek\u201d!\u00a0 En \u201cIn Restless Respose\u201d\u00a0 Pete Oxley se viste de Pat Metheny con su guitarra sintetizada para hacernos gozar, algo que vuelve a acontecer en \u201cFirst Day of Spring\u201d pero esta vez a la guitarra el\u00e9ctrica y con Nicolas Meier interactuando con la guitarra ac\u00fastica de 12 cuerdas que nos lleva a pensar en el <em>New Chautauqua <\/em>del guitarrista americano. \u201cSong for Z.T.\u201d me lleva a pensar\u00a0 en el guitarrista brit\u00e1nico Stephen Caudel por su sonido <em>New Age<\/em> y su m\u00fasica de paisajes pastoriles y campestres. Un placer sin duda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El segundo de los discos cuenta con el concurso de Raph Mizraki al bajo el\u00e9ctrico y el contrabajo y Paul Cavaciuti en la bater\u00eda y la percusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se abre con \u201cThe Followers\u201d una pieza muy en la l\u00ednea de Pat Metheny, contin\u00faa con una preciosa balada, \u201cLooking West\u201d, en la que se van alternando en los solos Pete Oxley y Nicolas Meier. \u201cChasing Kites\u201d se desenvuelve entre la <em>bossa nova<\/em> y el jazz, destacando Paul Cavaciuti a la bater\u00eda y los di\u00e1logos entre Pete Oxley y Nicolas Meier una vez m\u00e1s. \u201cRiversides\u201d es un gui\u00f1o a la m\u00fasica turca con un solo de Nicolas Meier a la guitarra <em>glissentar<\/em> (guitarra de 11 cuerdas sin trastes y de cuerdas de nailon); \u201cTales\u201d bordea la influencia mediterr\u00e1nea; en \u201cThe Purple Panther\u201d nuevamente la alternancia de los dos guitarristas alcanza cuotas brillantes en una pieza de jazz <em>swingueante<\/em>, algo que volvemos a encontrar en \u201cFethiye Crossroads\u201d si bien la influencia \u00e9tnica est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed m\u00e1s presente; en \u201cBreeze\u201d brilla con luz propia el bajo el\u00e9ctrico de Raph Mizraki, la guitarra <em>glissentar<\/em> de Nicolas Meier en otro acercamiento a la m\u00fasica turca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The colours of Time<\/em> va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del jazz, es simplemente m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a1Disfr\u00fatala!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\u00a9 Enrique Farelo, 2017<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pete Oxley &amp; Nicolas Meier: <em>The colours of Time<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00fasicos: Pete Oxley y Nicolas Meier (Guitarras) en CD1 y CD2.
