Una pr\u00e1ctica para la composici\u00f3n sonora<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0ha sido publicado en espa\u00f1ol por la editorial valenciana\u00a0<strong>EdictOr\u00e0lia Llibres i Publicacions<\/strong>\u00a0como fruto de un proyecto colaborativo entre amigos amantes de la obra de la compositora estadounidense<strong>\u00a0Pauline Oliveros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>La obra recoge las ideas fundamentales del legado art\u00edstico y pedag\u00f3gico de Oliveros.<\/strong>\u00a0Se trata de un libro dirigido no solo a compositores y artistas sonoros, sino tambi\u00e9n a int\u00e9rpretes, estudiantes, docentes y, en definitiva, a cualquier persona interesada en profundizar en el fen\u00f3meno de la escucha creativa, consciente, y en comprender la m\u00fasica experimental de nuestra \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pauline Oliveros (1932-2016) es\u00a0<strong>una de las figuras m\u00e1s influyentes en la m\u00fasica occidental<\/strong>\u00a0desde mediados del siglo XX. Reconocida mundialmente como pionera de la m\u00fasica electr\u00f3nica, compositora, int\u00e9rprete y profesora, dedic\u00f3 su vida a desarrollar y ense\u00f1ar la pr\u00e1ctica conocida como\u00a0<strong>Deep Listening<\/strong>. Fundadora junto a Ram\u00f3n Sender y Morton Subotnick del m\u00edtico San Francisco Tape Center, trabaj\u00f3 como investigadora y profesora de M\u00fasica en el Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico Rensselaer en Troy (NYC) y en la residencia de artistas Darius Milhaud en el Mills College de Oakland (California).
