Con su flauta travesera se une a la minor\u00eda de m\u00fasicos que cultivan este instrumento, al frente de la cual est\u00e1 por supuesto Jorge Pardo. Es indudable que \u00e9ste ha sido una referencia para Mar\u00eda, pero tambi\u00e9n que, a medida que se suced\u00eda el concierto, ha conseguido labrarse un estilo propio tanto en sus interpretaciones como en las composiciones. Son muchas las influencias que se destilan en su manera de entender la m\u00fasica de Mar\u00eda Toro. Desde el flamenco a la m\u00fasica brasile\u00f1a, pasando por la m\u00fasica popular gallega, con el jazz como elemento catalizador.<\/p>\n<p>Todo este bagaje sali\u00f3 a relucir en el concierto que ofreci\u00f3 acompa\u00f1ada por un tr\u00edo de lujo con Mois\u00e9s P. S\u00e1nchez al piano, To\u00f1o Miguel al contrabajo y Andr\u00e9s Litwin, a la bater\u00eda. Alrededor de <em>Araras<\/em> se sucedieron canciones como la que da t\u00edtulo al disco, inspirada en los p\u00e1jaros cariocas, y otras como \u201cA las 7\u201d, \u201c55.12\u201d o \u201c\u00c9chate a un lado\u201d. Composiciones todas de la propia Mar\u00eda Toro con unos grandes arreglos, que entendieron a la perfecci\u00f3n los m\u00fasicos de la secci\u00f3n r\u00edtmica. Entremedias hubo tiempo para una referencia a su origen gallego con la interpretaci\u00f3n de \u201cA Costureira\u201d, un tema escuchado por Mar\u00eda en su ni\u00f1ez en la costa lucense.<\/p>\n<p>El virtuosismo de Mar\u00eda Toro a la flauta emite unas notas llenas de color e intensidad, que dibujan paisajes llenos de optimismo. Mois\u00e9s P.
