2nd International Festival Jazz Point Ibiza 2021<\/strong><\/h4>\n

El domingo 17 de Octubre se clausur\u00f3 el Festival Jazz Point de Ibiza 2021. El broche de oro lo pusieron Speaking of Sounds<\/strong>, noneto formado por Vicent Tur durante el a\u00f1o 2020 a ra\u00edz del confinamiento.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Esta formaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 compuesta por Wiebke Pahrmann<\/strong> (trompeta y fliscorno), Santiago<\/strong> Ram\u00edrez <\/strong>(trompeta y fiscorno), V\u00edctor \u00c1vila<\/strong> (saxo alto, clarinete), Gustavo Gamaza<\/strong> (saxo alto y tenor), Muriel Grossmann<\/strong> (saxo tenor y bar\u00edtono), Vicent Tur<\/strong> (tromb\u00f3n y arreglos), Radomir Milojkovic<\/strong> (guitarra), Salvatore Licitra<\/strong> (contrabajo), y Daniel Mar\u00edn<\/strong> (bater\u00eda). Todos ellos m\u00fasicos de alto nivel.<\/p>\n

El origen multicultural de los integrantes (Alemania, Austria, Argentina, Italia, Serbia, Valencia, Gran Canaria y dos de Ibiza), aporta un lenguaje universal en su m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n

Los amantes de las grandes agrupaciones disfrutaron de un gran concierto, con cl\u00e1sicos del Swing y el Jazz interpretados con los arreglos escritos expresamente por el trombonista ibicenco Vicente Tur. Este crea los arreglos en funci\u00f3n de cada m\u00fasico y no a la inversa. Esto se traduce en que cada uno de los miembros de Speaking Of Sounds puede mostrar su virtuosismo en cada partitura, aportando a\u00fan m\u00e1s calidad y brillo a las piezas interpretadas.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Speaking of sounds nos deleitaron con un repertorio de famos\u00edsimos est\u00e1ndares tales como \u201cSonnymoon for two\u201d, \u201cTake the A train\u201d, \u201dSatin doll\u201d, \u201cIt could happen to you\u201d,\u201d Dark eyes\u201d, \u201dWhen you’re smiling\u201d, \u201dOn the sunny side of the street\u201d, \u201cIsn’t she Lovely\u201d (en el que Muriel Grossman destac\u00f3 con un portentoso solo de saxo bar\u00edtono -instrumento que utiliza en ocasiones muy concretas), \u201cBossa Dorado\u201d, \u201cIt Don’t mean a thing\u201d, \u201dThings ain’t what they used to be\u201d, y finalizaron con \u201cLester leaps in\u201d pieza final que no fue suficiente para que el p\u00fablico se diera por satisfecho, por lo que tuvieron que interpretar como bis \u201cSing, Sing, Sing (with a Swing)\u201d escrita por Louis Prima en 1936.<\/p>\n

Es pr\u00e1cticamente imposible destacar \u00fanicamente a uno de los m\u00fasicos. Cada uno de ellos, tanto en la ejecuci\u00f3n de la partitura como en sus maravillosas improvisaciones, son una pieza fundamental del engranaje de Speaking of Sounds. Esta gran formaci\u00f3n recibi\u00f3 una gran acogida por el p\u00fablico asistente, entre el que se encontraban numerosos ni\u00f1os y ni\u00f1as que quedaron entusiasmados por la actuaci\u00f3n, lo que es una buena se\u00f1al\u2026<\/p>\n

Gracias a David Moss, Adam Lennox y el equipo de Ibiza Music Agency, Joel Chriss & Co. de Nueva York, el apoyo del Ayuntamiento de Ibiza,<\/span> el Departamento de Cultura del Consell d’Eivissa, Pep Tur, la aportaci\u00f3n e involucraci\u00f3n de Muriel Grossmann y Ferr\u00e1n Pereyra, al equipo t\u00e9cnico de sonido y luces de Sonoibiza y por supuesto, al equipo de Can Ventosa por una magn\u00edfica gesti\u00f3n de las normas de seguridad y su amabilidad. M<\/span>i m\u00e1s sincera enhorabuena al Festival Jazz Point Ibiza 2021\u2026\u00a1Hasta el a\u00f1o que viene!<\/span><\/p>\n
