Washington aborda dos d\u00faos inolvidables con Tommy Flanagan y muestra su sentir\u00a0<em>bluesero\u00a0<\/em>en el inicial \u00abBlues For D.P.\u00bb (divertid\u00edsimo el ca\u00f3tico doblaje del tiempo por parte de la banda. \u00bfEstaba ensayado o simplemente sali\u00f3 as\u00ed?). En parte del CD la formaci\u00f3n se moderniza, pero el sonido sigue contando con un cariz ac\u00fastico (a destacar el \u00abFrench Connections\u00bb de Igor Butman, de aire latino). La presencia de\u00a0<em>standards\u00a0<\/em>(\u00abStolen Moments\u00bb, \u00abIn A Sentimental Mood\u00bb, \u00abStella By Starlight\u00bb) es otro elemento poco habitual en las grabaciones del neoyorquino.
