Ahora lo trascendente es la m\u00fasica. Dexter Gordon decidi\u00f3 abrir su <i>Gettin\u2019 Around<\/i> (qu\u00e9 portada m\u00e1s conseguida, por cierto) con una versi\u00f3n inolvidable de \u201cManha de Carnaval\u201d, <i>bossa nova <\/i>triste como pocas a cargo de Luiz Bonf\u00e1, y perteneciente a la banda sonora del film <i>Orfeo Negro<\/i> (motivo por el que el tema tambi\u00e9n es conocido como \u201cMorning of Carnival\u201d, \u201cBlack Orpheus\u201d u \u201cOrfeu Negro\u201d, ocasionando habituales quebraderos de cabeza a los m\u00fasicos que intentan buscarlo en libros de partituras).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gordon habla por su saxo tenor con pasi\u00f3n pero sin estridencias sobre una secci\u00f3n r\u00edtmica, la compuesta por Bob Cranshaw y Billy Higgins, hipn\u00f3tica como pocas. A su visi\u00f3n yanqui de la <i>bossa <\/i>(est\u00e1tica, despojada de componentes folcl\u00f3ricos, pero solemne y cautivadora) se a\u00f1ade la densidad r\u00edtmica proporcionada por la combinaci\u00f3n piano-vibr\u00e1fono, y el car\u00e1cter a\u00e9reo del \u00faltimo. Barry Harris y Bobby Hutcherson se encargan de tejer un colch\u00f3n de algod\u00f3n donde escuchar con deleite la belleza en estado puro. Hemos vuelto a los a\u00f1os sesenta, aunque ni hayamos estado all\u00ed antes, o m\u00e1s bien nos encontramos sobre una nube mullida donde olvidarnos del mundo que nos rodea.
