Bill Evans aporta su tono meloso a los saxos, y Mitchel Forman (teclista de Metro) engarza los discursos de sus compa\u00f1eros con sus aportaciones a los teclados, bien escogidas en cuanto a timbres y a armon\u00edas. Completa la banda el percusionista Roger Squitero a\u00f1adiendo matices en momentos concretos.<\/p>\n<p><em>Truth Be Told<\/em> constituye una buena producci\u00f3n donde la novedad se ha sacrificado a favor de la contundencia. Aunque temas como \u00abGargoyle\u00bb aportan complejidad r\u00edtmica y en otras fases la m\u00fasica sugiere cierta facilidad de escucha (\u00abSea Saw\u00bb), el estilo del CD se aleja tanto de la fusi\u00f3n progresiva como del <em>smooth jazz<\/em>. Egan combina bajo el\u00e9ctrico con trastes con su habitual <em>fretless<\/em>, ofreciendo clase e imaginaci\u00f3n en sus improvisaciones (especialmente notable al principio de la pegadiza \u00abCafe Risque\u00bb).
